Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase to receive a full refund, products returned from 10 to 20 days are subject to a 10% restocking charge, products returned from 20 to 30 days exchange only. All returns must be in "like new" saleable condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. All returned products are subject to a minimum $15.00 restocking fee. Credits will be performed within 5 days after returned items are received and inspected. Please call 815 964-4550 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
